I already asked a few other questions, but the last one is length of time; the date of submission doesn’t count, so your first business day is Dec 30th. December 31st, Jan 1 and Jan 2 were holidays. So you had 5 days last week and today, for a total of 7 business days. It looks like current time is 15 business days, but they still suggest to apply 6-8 weeks in advance

I see two potential issues with your application. It states that your birthday in Dec 2006, which means you are only 19. I believe you are only eligible for the dependent DTV at that age. For Soft Power and Digital Nomad you need to be 20 or older. It also says you are Pakistani but applying via China. Only Chinese nationals and residents can apply there. Are you a resident? If so, you need to upload your resident ID. If not, you can’t apply via this embassy.
