Do the birth certificates for my daughter need to be originals or can I send copies

her mother is fine doing it we are together, we just have to get married in the uk in a Jewish temple it's complicated.

We are working through the visa process for a fiancé visa and a spousal visa.

It's just been made really more complicated as Iost my job hear a week after our daughter was born.

We don't have a lot of money and I need all my savings to bring her back to the uk.

It's all been a nightmare with a new complication coming each day.

Do I just go down to the Thai family court, any idear on how I get the process started?

thank you if my child is registered in the uk and gets a uk passport would this not be enough or would I still need to go through the Thai courts.

Yes I had seen this on Google, would have to go for option 3.
