yes, mine issued one for me right before they started the visa Amesty, ThenI didn’t actually use it anyway as the amnesty was for longer than the doctor letter ... mine was free also... Good luck xx

If having the insurance is a part of him being able to come back in then we are willing to pay for that regardless if it’s usless ...
