I used my Revolut statement for the DTV.

Application granted. Applied through eVisa-website at the embassy in Stockholm.

Yes. 90 days after crossing the border INTO Thailand. So you will get 90 new days next time you arrive Thailand.

As I understand I need to leave Thailand to get a Non-B if I don't arrive with a SETV first. That will cost me a lot more rather than getting the SETV in the first place.

The visa fee is only 600 SEK, around €60. I just want to make the entire process as correct as possible.
