U dont have to pay tax in Thailand, ur income n work is from outside country. The thai government just want you to spend your money in Thailand to run Economy. Just out the country every 180 day. Then no need to be headaches with tax.

better u check direct to thai embassy, they might advice you more options of support documentaries. But it wont be hard! Thailand government they love the most of foreigner who has income from aboard but spend their money inside country without take a job from citizens

It mean, you have ur own company. Then make a letter under ur company head letter to support yourself. But most importantly is money 500k in ur bank statement. For additional documents support u can print out(screenshots whatever) from list product in Amazon to attach with a self sponsored letter .

each Thai embassy have their right to require more documentaries from applicants, we are here in Bahrain, they're asking us to provide 3 months period.

nowadays, mostly they'r asking a minimum of 3 month period, not much now will ask to show a 28 day period. But if ur opinion is ok for 28 days. Please go ahead, what if they reject then just reapply. Only waste of time but nothing big problem gonna happen. The DTV fee is still have not same amount in each Thai embassy as well.

bank statements period of time it is apply for international rule, showing bank statements of 3-6 months.

what will have a problem? As i know u need to apply DTV visa outside the country, and im sure you need to apply in origin country,. So better you can contact to Thai embassy in Taipei. as u need to stay there till visa get approve.
