I would add in an extra day to be safe. Enough things could go askew to prevent you from being successful. There is plenty to do in KL to keep you busy for an extra day. 🙂

I have around 170 (last I checked) stamps and stickers from around the world over the last 7 years. She thumbed through it and did not take time to see when I was or was not in Thailand, just that I had 11 SETVs.

Kuala Lumpur told me no last year after too many visas in a row from them. 😉

I’ll check a new place in Malaysia and see how it goes. Worst case scenario I’ll go to Bali for a week or the states for a couple of weeks and sort it out.

, I suspect that if I pushed and showed that I had stayed only around 6 months total this calendar year, that it may have been approved, but her level of English was not strong enough to get in to a nuanced conversation about what is and is not permissible. I already have plans to go to Malaysia later this week, so I’ll just give that a shot.

Proof of funds and onward travel. I think Laos is the only embassy around here that doesn’t require those.
