"Keep in mind though you CANNOT leave the country on this under consideration period." Even with a re-entry? Each year i am under consideration between december and january/february. So that means i could never leave Thailand for Christmas...right?

1year extension as every year. But in my section 38 (that replace tm30) there is my old passport number. Is it logical that i have to update it with my new passport number?

i don't get your question. I was wondering if i need a 6 months validity AFTER the end of extension. I heard people mentioning 18 months of validity for a 1 year visa/extension. So i have to renew my passport during 2022, right?

I always do it. Approval within 24h. And you just print it and insert in your passport

Why dont you make a single non-O and every year an extension? It is simplier then to do visa run every 90 days.
