Been through those screens. If you keep going to hotel details all that is available is surat Thani. So glad I spent a grand on a bangkok hotel and a couple of hundred In insurance. Way to confirm stereotypes, Thailand.

it's to do with the forms and qr you had to fill out additionally, which nobody including my hotel told me about and which apparently you can't fill out as of now and without them you can't come in.
