TLDR : Answer Summary
AXA Sawadee Thailand insurance covers hospital stays for individuals who test positive for COVID-19 upon arrival in Thailand, even if they are asymptomatic, provided the hospital is within their network.

Yes they do if its AXA Sawadee Thailand issued policy and if the hospital is in their hospital network in Thailand.

AXA Sawadee Thailand is a responsible insurer. If you have an agent you purchased the policy from in Thailand...have their phone and email contact info with you if needed

if you have to go to a hospital in Bangkok..

Get their preferred hospital network list of hospitals in Bangkok. You can request transfer to one of them if needed and AXA pays direct to their network hospitals.
