TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation confirms that currently, there are no buses operating between Bangkok and Siem Reap due to closed land borders. Travel to Cambodia is possible by air, but travelers must obtain a visa beforehand and follow certain entry requirements, though some prior requirements, like the $2000 deposit, have been lifted.

It's open!

The guy is posting very old entry requirements which no longer exist.

You need a visa, PCR Test before your flight, rapid test on arrival at the Cambodian airport. that's it.

You need a visa before you can fly. The 2000$ deposit was a rule months ago.
