not for doing an in country conversion they didn’t just the Thai police one. Have you already extended your visa exempt for the extra 30 days? I know you need the minimum of 15 days on your stamp to get it processed

Don’t want to give you misleading info though because I’m not sure what the requirements are for doing it in another country!

Probably not helpful to your situation but my school got me to get one in Thailand but that was for an in country conversion from T-V to Non-B

1) I didn’t have any stamps from any country for the last year so just scanned in 2 blank pages from the passport

2) a bank statement/utility bill that has your name and address on it

we both flew separately 18 days apart and neither of us had any questions minus Covid pass and travel insurance which got the tiniest flicker of an eye 🤣 didn’t even look!

However we had what was needed if we were asked was my point just that it’s safer to do and book with cancellation for a refund

Me and my partner both booked flights out on day 59 to be safe on an SETV application but paid an extra £13 for cancellation. Cancelled once we got here and got our full flight money back minus the £13 extra to have cancellation.

Neither of us got asked for proof of onward travel by Qatar airways at Manchester airport however that is purely anecdotal and is different with other air carries/airports I’m sure
