Please make sure that Labor office is issuing new WP for you. One option is first add new workplace to your present wp and then remove old job after that. I have so many friends who have new workplace, but Labor office is not issuing wp

check enbassies webpages. They have all information there if they are giving 1yr non-b. All embassies are not givin them. So it depends which embassy You are going.

For one year multiple entry non-b most embassies required that You need to be director in the wp and need to be at least 25% shareholder in company papers.
