Phuket: Are they really asking houseregistration (proof from hotel) in the immigration if getting 30days extension now? Or do anyone know what copies actually needed to get extension now a days in Phuket? Something else than just a photos? (Have done this 5 years ago last time)

(I tried to find this information from immigration webpage, but couldn't find it)
