If you are able to get a credit card when back in Australia, check out this one:

***************************************************************

I've had one for years and never had an issue using it in Thailand for purchases. You get a good exchange rate direct from Mastercard and no extra fees from the bank.

Car hire companies all around the world offloaded a lot of cars early on in COVID. Now either demand for hire cars returning, there is fewer around and the are charging a lot more for them.

lol if she's not an educated virgin, she's dreaming if she thinks you are paying 500,000THB to the family.

You shouldn't be paying a cent. If they insist on any on display it should be going back to you minus any wedding costs and a token amount of gold to the mother.

would have been the boarding pass for the incoming flight.

As an Australian I personally entered on the 30 day visa exemption, so no visa was required in my case.

Singapore Airlines were great from Australia. No schedule changes for my trip to BKK despite very low passenger numbers on most of the flights.

Novotel BKK airport have medical staff on site to do the testing. I had my test taken about an hour after getting off the plane.

It was then only 5.5hrs to get the result.

Novotel quote 6 to 10 hrs turnaround for the result. He will be fine.

RT-PCR is a test method that's used for diagnosing all sorts of pathogens, including the virus that causes COVID-19.

SARS-COV-2 is the virus that causes COVID-19.

So that is saying the test method used and the virus it's testing for. I cant see any reason why that wouldn't be accepted.
