.... we are 16 years in Thailand Bim and never been able to get Non O outside of the country only Non O-A this is very strange, maybe different embassies have different rules, who knows with Thailand ?πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

it says O-A or O-X only not Non O Retirement, which can only be obtained in Thailand πŸ˜€

sorry, but I am right... we have been on Non O Retirement for many years and you CANNOT get it outside of Thailand . If you say you can I would seriously like to know as we are stranded in Australia and our Non O expires in January

I have always been led to believe that Non β€˜O’ can only be issued by Immigration in Thailand and Non β€˜O/A’ in Thai Embassies overseas

, every year there seems to be something β€œnew” to make things that much more difficult for β€œus” πŸ˜€ been dealing with now for 15 years, gone are the days when we could simply get a Multiple Entry VISA from embassies overseas

Tried this exact same thing with hubby’s passport and they said NO !! Mai Dan cannot do. We we’re simply trying to get the current retirement visa and multiple entry permits transferred to new passport. This was at Immigration Jomtien by the way, they said to just show the 2 passports on entry and then wait until the visa etc expires and then renew in new passport
