I wonder if someone can tell me about getting Kor Ror 22?

I am in the process of extending my Non O visa. We need our marriage certificate translating from English to Thai and certifying by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Chaeng Wattana to get Kor Ror 22 from Nonthaburi Amper Office.

Do we need to get the marriage certificate legalised by the British Embassy before taking it to be certified?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain Kor Ror 22 for extending a Non O visa in Thailand, you need to translate your marriage certificate from English to Thai and have it certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It's also recommended to check if you need to get the marriage certificate legalized by the British Embassy prior to certification. One user shared that they had their UK wedding certificate verified by the Foreign Commonwealth Office and the Thai Embassy in London, translated it, and then took it to the Ministry for stamping.

I sent my UK wedding certificate to UK for verification by FCO and Thai Embassy in London, then translated and took it down to Ministry of Foreign Affairs for all including translations to be stamped by MFA in Bangkok.

I sent it to a solicitor in London to process on my behalf, someone can do it for you if they are in the UK and have tine save you the solicitors fees.

Yes Embassy was not the problem, FCO was as they were not working as normal and had a backlog, all done now DHL took 3 days either way.
