It is always higher here. Rarely makes sense to exchange at home. Just pull some money from an ATM on arrival. The fees amount to about 1%, if you take out close to your daily limit.

The hotel will arrange the first test. We did a drive thru at a hospital, on the way from the airport to the hotel.

No. Covid insurance, nor health insurance seems to be required, once you are in country.

Yes, witnesses are just one of the mountain of things required for the marriage visa. They don't make it easy.

Immigration does not ask about the silly covid insurance, once you are in the country. So, get for one month only.
