There has been a positive outlook on easing Thailand's COVID-19 restrictions as the community discusses potential changes regarding quarantine and testing requirements for travelers. Many commenters express hope for the scrapping of the Thai pass and only needing an antigen test instead of PCR tests upon entry. However, there is some frustration regarding inconsistent information from official sources, as travelers are still unsure about the exact requirements when arriving in Thailand.

If their no quarantine no testing I be on the next plane . I work off shore in oil and gas. Be for C19 I would spend over million bat year in Thailand. But I am not jumping through hoops to spend my money..Up to thailand . But my money up to me.

We hear the cowards are considering scrapping all restrictions?
Only then, does Thai tourism have a chance to rebound to around 20% of what it was before, after 5 years.

Does anyone know for sure if this is for real or not because on the Thailand pass website it still says you need to book 2 tests. And Scoot just emailed me today advising that it's still two tests. I'm arriving 12th March, would love to not have to pay for that 2nd PCR 🤔

Rat test prior to flight and on arrival like Australia and Singapore, that would benefit all, the airlines, the travellers and thai tourism

The replacement with the antigen test "do it yourself" on the 5th day was already existing last November.

Finally the first Pcr test should be dropped as well, consider it as a flu
