been in Thailand 20 years. Never been asked to show evidence of my passport or work permit... only shown my driver's licence a few times at police checks. Never had a problem with that either

A few days over is not a problem... Twice I've paid the fine for 4 days over & has never been an issue later on either...

Seeing u r a pom Pa, if u & your wife are legally; it's much easier to get your wife a visa to visit your country... I'm Australian and been married for 31 years, my wife has never been rejected for visiting down under & also USA...

As long as your paperwork is correct and truthful, you wife will never have a problem unless the finance side is low in funds to support her, depending on how long her visits are going to be...

Single entry Non-O. If you are over 50 and don't intend to work, then apply for the single entry Non-OA.

U can look at what visas are applicable for you at

Wrong. I did the 90 day reporting during covid as I wasn't leaving the country... But now back to the 90 days as travelling with work... Never had an OA. Only Non-B's & O's...

There’s 2 types of Non-O.

1. u can only stay for a maximum of 90 days

The other u don't need to leave the country but have to report every 90 days...
