If I were you I would include:

- employment contract

- bank statements with the 500k balance, income payments, your name and account number highlighted

- payslips (if you have them)

- letter from your company stating you can work remotely and in Thailand

- formal cover letter from yourself as the first document, stating why you want to live in Thailand, how you’ll support yourself, where you’ll live and that you won’t work in Thailand and will adhere to all regulations. List all the documents you’ve included with your application

If you want to avoid getting rejected, or being asked for more documents, then submit as much as you can in the first instance, to ensure you have a strong application!
