if you get a TR visa in Australia end of June and enter Thailand in August the 60+30 days ( if you extend it) starts in August not June ?? Thanks

we were thinking about retirement visas to come for about 9 months but at this minute 2 x 0 bhat is a bit much . Maybe at a later date.

Instead would you consider this METV the way to go and can you renew it ?

Can you apply for this visa in Thailand whilst on a 30 day visa exempt ? I live across the other side of the country to the Embassy in Australia so just enquiring as they don’t reply to emails. TIA
