Normally Farrang have to pay 10 X the cost of Thai for most national parks.

Proof of address. One for each licence. Also 2 medical certificates. But they are not making new licences until March.

Bangkok Bank only need wedding certificate apparently. Otherwise proof of address from immigration and I got mine at Kasikorn.

They look different to the forms I filled in. If you go to City Hall they give you the forms for free.

The girl in my bar filled in the form for him and he was in and out of City Hall in 5 mins.
