Can I book ASQ hotels on Agoda, or do I have to purchase a package?

Normally you cannot book through an Internet booking agent to stay in an ASQ hotel? These hotel only accept quarantine guests.

Best thing to do is go I to any Bank and ask them what they need to open an account. Usually only proof of address and copy of passport is enough.
