TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the ease of traveling from Bangkok to Pattaya and then to Trat during their quarantine period, and where to obtain the necessary paperwork for this travel. A commenter suggests visiting City Hall to ensure compliance, citing a recent fine issued for lack of paperwork.

City hall to be safe. Heard that someone was fined 40,000 last week for no paperwork

They look different to the forms I filled in. If you go to City Hall they give you the forms for free.
