a.) if im not currently in my homecountry, should i use my parents computer to apply for the visa or use my current turkish ip?

b.) will there be issues if i select the embassy in my homecountry (germany) while im here in turkey? do i need to send any real documents to the embassy?

c.) is the avg processing time of 24-72 hours true? i would fly on the 20th
