Advice with Residency certificate please. Currently I have yearly retirement visa expiring in Mar, 2020. I recently moved from Chiangmai to an apartment in Samut Parakan with a one year lease. When I went to register for my Residency cert at the SP immigration office with all the pertinent documents i.e., lease agreement copy of owners Thai id etc... I was told the owner needs to come along with me. I signed the lease with the building management company who said my apt unit owner lives in HatYai and doesn't want to travel here to accompany me. I have not directly spoken to owner, just dealing with Management Company. Every month I pay the rent directly to owner’s bank act though. So in the mean time I have decided to travel neighboring countries for few days every 90 days but in Mar 2020 when my yearly visa expires I don't know how would I renew my visa without a proper residency certificate. Also I can't buy a motorbike without the residency cert either. What are my options. Thanks.
