Am I eligible for a COVID extension on my multiple entry TR visa before it expires?Answered

I have a multiple entry TR visa and have a quick question. My first 90 day visa will end on May 20th. Rather than doing a boarder run and entering Thailand using my second TR am I eligible for a COVID extension?
