Can I repeatedly enter Thailand with a multi-entry Non-OA retirement visa without applying for a new visa?

Am l right in believing that with a multi entry o/a retirement visa 1 year l can keep repeating going out of the country back to uk then back again within the newly stamped extension as long as l get re- entry stamp every time backed up with new insurance for the period. So what l am saying is l can keep getting new extensions every time,never in effect applying for new visa either in Thailand or Uk
