Hello guys,

I am planning to come to Thailand on Non-immigrant category O visa (90 days).

Since I have to get 400k from India and open a bank account, it might take few days and then I will have to park the money for 2 months before applying 1 year extension which will be somewhere in first week of 3rd month. So wouldn’t it be a little late as my visa expires on 90th day and immigration will take 1 month to consider the extension?

Would I be overstaying in that case or it doesn’t count since the visa is under consideration?
