Very hypothetical and not related to any real situation that I'm involved in but let's assume a minor on a dependant visa loses its parents while in Thailand. The child has no relatives in his home country and basically grew up in Thailand. Would it be naturalised? Or sent to an orphanage in its home country? Just curious if there is a protocol for this kind of stuff and what you guys think about it 😁
