Wanted to relate my timeline of getting DTV and summary. I have my own LLC that employees me. I have had the company for 2 years, always in my name and in "good standing". I submitted the certificates of organization for my LLC, certificate of filing my LLC, a "letter of employment" from my own company, screen shots of my home web page, my driver's lic front/back and current and prior two month's complete bank statements. Note that my balances were at least 30k. In my employment letter, I stated my employment is outside of Thailand, and my income operations and income sources are all foreign based. I submitted the application on 1/11 and got approval 2/2. Anyhow.. hope this may help others. I applied from the US. to the Washington DC office.
