Does the receiving country require a negative COVID test when traveling on KLM from Bangkok to Amsterdam?Answered

Hello, my girlfriend is traveling on KLM , BKK-AMS on 15 June. Klm does not need a negative covid test, but they say the receiving country needs ? So is this correct ?
