TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry revolves around whether a negative COVID test is required for a flight from Bangkok to Amsterdam on KLM. Initially, it was stated that KLM does not require a test, but concerns arose about the receiving country's regulations. Comments clarified varied experiences: one traveler confirmed needing a test prior to travel, while another confirmed that no test was required upon their trip.

Well, just to inform all. She flew BKK to Amsterdam with KLM, and no covid test was needed. Als on arrival nobody asked for it.

And they needed a quick test, not older than 24 hours

are you sure? The rijksoverheid.nl website states that Thailand is on the list of 'safe countries' to travel from. So to enter the Netherlands you dont need a PCR test nor do you have to quarantine after arrival:

sounds like it's up to the receiving country and sounds like you did your homework so run with it. I may have mistakenly read the post as BKK as final destination
