I am getting my things ready for an annual extension based on marriage to Thai national in Bangkok.
My condo is actually owned by a company and my landlord and I are not sure if I will just use a copy of his Thai ID or if a company certificate is required as proof of residence. Anyone know what the right course of action is?
I'm not sure if this was already asked but has anyone here done their 90-day reporting of address via registered mail yet? I called 1178 several times to ask for the correct address and I got different answers. On the website, it's also a different address too. Now, I got 3 different addresses.

Also, the call center rep mentioned that since there's Covid-19 they accept applications the latest is 7 days before the expiration date for registered mail. Since mine expires on the 15th of March, if I send it today, it should be alright then? Your thoughts please.
