What should I do if my bank balance drops below 500,000 baht while on a DTV in Thailand?

I have my DTV, but have some unexpected expenses and I will drop below the 500,000 baht limit. How will it work for trips in and out? Will I run into issues, do they check the current balance? Is there anything I can do?
