“in a couple of weeks ill be going to Savannakhet to get a multiple entry non o visa based on marriage...im married to a thai....i get visa...i leave country every 90 days...how long is the visa good for...i read 1 year...then i read 15 months....how long is it good for....and do i need to report....”

Visa is valid for multiple entries into Thailand for 1 year from the day it goes into your passport. If you enter near the end of that year, you get 90 days of stay, making a total longest possible stay with this visa 1 year + 90 days (slightly under 15 months). As your maximum stay per entry is 90 days, there is no 90-day reporting required.
