TLDR : Answer Summary
The user successfully obtained their Digital Thai Visa (DTV) in Sydney after lodging their application on November 6 and receiving approval on November 21, just before their existing visa expiring on November 19. They had no issues during the application process and secured a DTV that includes access to Thai cooking classes for six months as part of a Soft Power initiative.
