TLDR : Answer Summary
The best option for obtaining a visa for your babysitter to stay in Thailand is to contact a domestic helper employment agency. These agencies can hire her, allowing you to employ her indirectly, and facilitate the necessary visa arrangements. It is crucial to understand that this process might not be straightforward and may not have a high success rate. Additionally, experiences shared by others indicate that hiring a local worker with proper arrangements can also be a viable option.

I knew of one Norwegain guy (he was in his late 30s) on working visa in Thai, he had his own business in Thai. He hired a local (Thai) baby sitter, upon a recommendation from his countryman. Two daughters he had, 6 and 8 years old. The nanny had her own like self contained studio within the condo and one day a week off. She was on 500 THB a day, free food (she was purchasing and cooking) and no rent. She spoke English and was acting as almost like a wife (he said only the household duties and looking after the kids).

Myself, 2005-2008, we hired a nanny, a known person, employed as a cleaner in the condo building, 100 THB an hour, 3 hours week days, after her work, while my wife was attending her Uni lectures and exams. Our daughter was small but by then she could walk and no nappies.

The only chance (not a good chance) you have, is to find a domestic helper employment agency in Thailand. You can arrange for them to hire her and give her a visa, and then she works for you through the agency, with them getting a cut.
