Hi guys,

Can anyone give me some advice to help me with one little worry I have that could happen in the future, I have sadly recently lost my thai partner, I’m trying now to get myself together and travel freely around Thailand to help my grieving with the car she left me, I’m confident on the thai roads surprisingly but have one little worry and that is breaking down, firstly you loose the air-con that is hard enough on it’s own to accept under a stressful situation with no shade in site, then who do I call? had tire burst before and a local stopped told me go back in the car and he put the spare on and would not take any money same happened at a hotel we had a flat in the morning, fantastic people but breaking down is a little different, does Thailand have countrywide organised breakdown recovery hot lines like the UKs AA or RAC or something? I have been Googling but was wondering if anyone had first hand experience in this situation, thank you Mike
