I already have a DTV visa with about 4.5 years remaining, and I’d like to ask a couple of questions:
1. If I find a job in Thailand and need to switch to a work permit / non-immigrant visa for about 1 year, what happens to my DTV visa? Does it get automatically canceled, or does it remain valid so I can use it again after the work visa expires?
2. What happens if I already have an active DTV visa but change employer without changing the nature of my work? For example, if I leave my current remote job, stay unemployed for a short period, and then find another remote job (not based in Thailand), possibly with a company in another European country or elsewhere, would this affect my DTV status in any way?
