TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is holding a non-immigrant O multiple entry visa and inquires about the re-entry requirements for Thailand after leaving the country. Several comments clarify that the user has an extension of stay and not a visa, mentioning various entry requirements such as COVID-19 related insurance, PCR tests, and hotel bookings. The user also asks about re-entering Thailand with their 18-month-old daughter, who holds a German passport, prompting discussions on whether she needs a visa and the documents required for her re-entry.

Do i need to fill a COE in on her behalf? She does not need a visa for Thailand?!
How about Covid and PCR test for her?

I would like to take my 18 month old daughter with me. She is born ( thai birth certificate) and resident in Thailand but holder of a German passport (non thai national) . How does re-entry into Thailand work for her?
I got my extention because of my thai son.

she stamps out on her german passport and she meets the requirements to get back in just like every foreigner does
so? She's a foreign child born here with two foreign parents, she's not thai, she needs a visa or you let her overstay like I said

As far as what you need to meet to re-enter the country well that would be what ever entry requirements are in place when you come back;
At this time, to get back into the country on an extension of stay based on บุตรไทย (raising a thai child) <- the reason you have that extension you need
- 100K USD of covid specific insurance good for the length of time you'll get stamped in for
- a negative RT-PCR test 72 hours before your flight back
- entering bangkok booked 14 day stay at an ASQ quarantine hotel
- entering Phuket booked 7 day stay at an SHA hotel
- Certificate of Entry
NOW will those be the entry requirements when you go to come back. who knows, those are the requirements to get in at this time 😕

OKay, FIRST learn to read your stamps. You do NOT have ANY visa. what you have now is an extension of stay <- which is not a visa.

You can exit the country and as long as you return BEFORE your extension runs out (which in your case is July 28 2022 you will get stamped back in until that date.
