Do I need a Thai Pass and a transit visa for my layover in Bangkok on my way to the UK?Answered

Hi, i have a flight from cambodia to the UK transiting Bkk, only a 4 hour layover however i will need to collect baggage and re-check in- does anyone know if i need a thai pass? And also if i need a transit visa? Tia
