ORIGINAL POSTERMy wife has the savings requirement to sponsor both of us, but no income for the past 6 months (she only just started a short remote contract job). I have income but no savings as we have been living off of my means. I can’t be added to her bank account because she’s American and I’m not and I don’t have residence there. Would the Thai embassy in Laos still consider us qualified for the DTV?
