If its any help, this is the list of docs required for 60 day take care of family extention from Suratthani province (Samui office) issued last week. They want the papers submitted in this order. Only one set of papers required. They do not require KR2 although I submitted it anyway and other offices require it. Call your local immigration office to get their requirements. Need to take original marriage cert and wife (for married). All docs need signature of person submitting

At this moment, do they ask to show TM30 receipt for 30 days extension for Tourist Visa or visa exempt entry at Suratthani Immigration Office (not Samui)?
