Anyone had a similar issue when booking PCRs on PSAS site, I’ve finally booked our hotel and it’s not accepting the name of the hotel I’ve booked…. Any ideas please?

Help please... I got Royal Vacation to do my Thailand pass application for Test n Go .. great service.. I'm going to do a Thailand pass application for Phuket Sandbox .. I have everything I need except the 2nd PCR Test booking. Royal Vacation did my PCR Test booking on Arrival at Phuket Airport. When I login to PSAS I don't see an option to just book the 2nd test .. wants me to book another arrival test. Any tips or do I just go back to Royal Vacation? Thanks

Phuket Thailand pass query.. I have an Sha+ hotel but it doesn’t include the PCR test at Phuket Airport which I have to book separately

There is only one place to upload the hotel confirmation and no other place to upload the PCR test booking. How have others solved this please?
