What is the correct timeline for submitting the TDAC before arriving in Thailand?

Hi page, question re the TDAC if ok?

Reading the guides on embassy pages etc, states the TDAC must be submitted 3 days pre arrival ?

Is this 3 days the "no later than" or "no earlier than"?

Travelling to arrive 16th Aug, can submit now or way too early for the process ?

Anyone apply with partially redacted documents (e.g. Client contracts, invoices, or bank statements). Interested in knowing whether this cause issues or was acceptable. I understand this likely varies by location/embassy. I am thinking of applying from HCMC 🙏
