Do I need a certificate of residence to apply for a Work Permit in Thailand with a Non-O visa based on marriage?Answered

I downloaded a WP2 form and on the form it asks for certificate of residence? Do I actually need one to apply for WP within Thailand ? I have a non o based on marriage.
