I can’t find the 90 days report form online..which website should I go..thanks mucho..

FYI for anyone coming in to close out their under consideration stamps in Phuket you should check the immigration website first. On the left hand side there is a link to “Check visa application” then you type in the 8 digit number that was stamped in with your under consideration stamp. Many of them are still being processed even if you were told to come back today and they can’t give you the 2nd stamp until your application has been approved.
