How can I cancel my DTV visa with the embassy in Jakarta if I'm not getting any response?Unanswered

Hi. Did anyone cancel their DTV with the embassy in Jakarta? I’ve tried contacting them 3 times over 3 weeks on email and no response. Will try to call them soon too. Any tips on how to get this done?
