Does enrolling in a short cooking course in Australia qualify for a 5-year DTV visa?Answered

Hi. I'm looking at getting my DTV in Australia. if I just do a short cooking course does that grant the full 5 years? the other thing I was looking at was the 5 year Thai fruits and herbs lectures. any suggestions?
